Book:  Quiet:  The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking.  By:  Susan Cain

The goal of the webinar: To provide a convenient and engaging forum for educators to discuss topics relevant to classroom practice.

Cost and Registration: The cost is free, but you must pre-register. Registration is limited. Please register via email to bonnie@aisne.org. Include your name, position, and school.

Technology required: Participants will need a computer with access to the Internet and either a VoIP headset or a telephone. A specific java applet may need to be downloaded in advance of the webinar. Detailed access and configuration directions will be sent to registrants in advance.

The format: The webinar will be hosted by AISNE Assistant Director, Bonnie Ricci. Come ready to share your thoughts about the ideas presented in the book. Participants will be expected to purchase and read the book in advance of the webinar, but…here’s a little secret…just like a good bookclub, it’s okay to join the webinar even if you haven’t finished the book!
