Special Programs/Features CMS is also accredited by the American Montessori Society. Program offerings include Spanish, music, theater arts, studio art, ski school, outdoor education, and intramural athletics in grades 6-8. The Middle School features Education for Sustainability and a ninth grade overseas trip. Our Passport Program provides before and after school care from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, a variety of afternoon clubs, holiday and vacation programming, and an eight-week summer camp.

Cambridge Montessori School was founded in 1963 to foster a love of learning and to educate children to be caring, socially responsible citizens of their community and world. Toddler, Primary, Elementary and Middle School Programs at CMS are for children from twenty-one months through the eighth grade. Cambridge Montessori School encourages independent, self-directed learning for life in a child-centered, international community valuing peace, respect for others and pride in individual differences.
