All students learn to engage actively in our discussion-based classes and to take risks and share their strengths in our extracurricular programs. The school serves students from an area roughly bounded by Duxbury, Mattapoisett, Dennis, and Martha's Vineyard. FA conducts language exchanges with partner schools in Germany and France, and hosts an average of two foreign exchange students each year. |

Falmouth Academy is a deliberately small, academically rigorous, coed, college-preparatory day school for grades 7-12. The school is guided by teachers who believe that students willing to work hard can meet the demands of a challenging core curriculum enhanced by rich arts and inclusive athletic programs. Essential to our teaching is the cultivation of reading, writing, and speaking skills, and analytical and critical thinking.
