Founded as The New School by teachers, parents and friends to provide a superior academic education, this country day school (located on 19 acres) enrolls approximately 200 boys and girls in three-year-old Nursery through Grade 8. Pennfield is a magical place, where children are challenged academically while having fun. Emphasizing concern for the individual, Pennfield aims to develop basic skills, resourcefulness, self-discipline, self-confidence, and responsibility in a supportive environment. Spanish, art, music, lab science, computer and physical education begin as young as Kindergarten.
