Shady Hill School is a coeducational day school enrolling students in Pre-K (age 4) through Grade 8. Our village-style campus is a collection of small buildings set around courtyards and greens. We are in Cambridge, near Belmont and Watertown, and within walking distance of Harvard Square. With a diverse student and teacher population, we foster a safe learning environment where children feel comfortable taking risks as joyful, active learners. Our unique Central Subject curriculum promotes learning through cooperation and collaboration and encourages children to be independent thinkers.
