St. Paul’s School’s Alumni Giving and Relations Officer (AGRO) will lead all aspects of annual fundraising and alumni relations for their assigned forms (classes) including solicitations, management of volunteer fundraising, form event management, and alumni donor relations.

Founded in 1856, St. Paul’s School is a coeducational, highly academic, fully residential boarding school for students in grades 9 through 12 located in Concord, NH on a 2,000-acre campus. Offering a rigorous, values-based education, the School unites a diverse and inclusive learning community of approximately 530 students and 330 faculty and staff members to create an extended family that respects and nurtures scholarship, spirituality, and citizenship in service to a greater good. The new Rector (Head of School) joined the School in 2019, and under her leadership the School is poised for continued and expanded success as one of the nation’s premier boarding schools.
The AGRO will create and implement solicitation strategies for fundraising for The SPS Fund using research, data analytics, volunteer input, and Leadership Gift Officer input; manage a portfolio of approximately 200 alumni leadership prospects and donors to ensure that timely steps are taken toward cultivation, solicitation, and closure; establish and achieve form engagement, fundraising and participation goals; and support Form Directors and Main and Form Agents with communication strategies designed to engage alumni and increase form cohesion.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a relevant role, a strong command of fundraising principles, familiarity with the objectives of annual fundraising and alumni relations, and a record of success with solicitations. The role requires an officer with excellent communication and social skills, as well as the capacity to organize meetings, events, and communication with good humor, skill and efficiency.
