Seeking Visual Arts Teachers to start at the beginning of the 2018-19 school year. Art Teachers are responsible for teaching art to middle and upper school classes, including drawing, design, painting, printmaking, sculpture, and digital media art. There are full and part-time opportunities available.
- Bachelor's degree in visual arts, and three or more years of experience teaching art.
- The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in the visual arts or education.
- The art teacher will be responsible for teaching art to middle and upper school classes, including drawing, design, painting, printmaking, sculpture, and digital media art.
- Ideal applicants will be skilled and confident in curating and displaying student artwork in various annual art shows both in the school and in the surrounding community.
The Woodward School is an independent, college preparatory day school for girls in grades 6 – 12, located in Quincy MA since 1894.
