Position Overview

Newton Montessori School is looking for teachers to join our After School Program for the 2018-2019 academic year. Both full and part time positions are available working with students ages 15 months - 6 years. Responsibilities include: supporting day school teachers in the classroom, assisting with nap, overseeing afternoon snack, planning age appropriate enrichment activities, and maintaining classrooms.

Job Requirements

  • Experience working with young children
  • Experience working in a Montessori environment preferred
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Letter of interest/cover letter, resume, and at least two references are required to be considered for this position.

Work Hours

In your letter of interest, please provide your preferrred work hours from the options below:

  • 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  • 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

  • 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM
