Cambridge Friends School has an opening for a half-time Director of Auxiliary Programs, beginning August 2020.
Cambridge Friends School, a Pre-K through Eighth-day school, provides an outstanding education guided by Quaker principles. We engage students in meaningful learning within a caring community strongly committed to social justice.
The Director of Auxiliary Programs oversees all aspects of the co-curricular programs at Cambridge Friends School. These auxiliary programs generate significant income to support the School and are an important resource for CFS families. The Director works actively with the current Extended Day (XD) staff and Music and Dance Program coordinators, the Head of School, Building Manager, and Director of Finance and Administration to develop a variety of programs and experiences for all CFS-aged students. This position is a half-time position but could include additional responsibilities such as substitute teaching.
We seek candidates who have a bachelor’s degree, who love working with children, experience working with children ages 4 – 14 in or outside of the classroom, and will add to the diversity of the school community.
