The Director of Advancement Services and Data Analytics (DASDA) supports all areas of Advancement through collaborative partnerships within the Advancement leadership team and ensures the Advancement team has the data, technology, and resources needed to succeed in the goal of increased philanthropic support of St. Paul’s School.
St. Paul’s School
Founded in 1856, St. Paul’s School is a coeducational, highly academic, fully residential boarding school for students in grades 9 through 12 located in Concord, NH on a 2,000-acre campus. Offering a rigorous, values-based education, the School unites a diverse and inclusive learning community of approximately 530 students and 330 faculty and staff members to create an extended family that respects and nurtures scholarship, spirituality, and citizenship in service to a greater good. The new Rector (Head of School) joined the School in 2019, and under her leadership the School is poised for continued and expanded success as one of the nation’s premier boarding schools.
Serving as a key advisor to the Chief Advancement Officer, the Director of Advancement and the Advancement leadership team, the Director provides strategic leadership, and long-range and short-term planning and management of the following: the Advancement Services and Data Analytics team; fundraising and engagement strategies for the School using giving and engagement trends, donor behavior, and analytics; the research of key prospects; donor relations and stewardship; and Advancement events.
The ideal candidate will have experience in advancement operations and data analytics with experience managing complex projects, with expertise in Raiser’s Edge preferred. The role requires a Director who understands and can led the flow of work in an advancement office and manage that work toward best practices. The Director will be a self-starter who will be nimble and creative in addressing different constituents and skilled at building relationships, strategic consensus, and clear and effective communication across the Advancement Office.
