Responsible for all aspects of student enrollment, including but not limited to: contracts, billing, collection and communication with families.
Generates, distributes, and collects all academic year student enrollment contracts.
Generates, distributes, and collects all summer program student enrollment contracts.
Manages all Elm Lea Child Care billing and collection.
Opens and closes student accounts.
Manages tuition refund insurance.
Point of contact with families for routine student financial matters
Works closely with Controller.
Coordinates with Admissions, Summer Programs, Elm Lea Child Care, and School Store manager during the year.
Provides accurate reporting on aging tuition and school store accounts.
Other duties as assigned.

Accurately account for all student/contract transactions.
Comfortable with technology.
Likes and works well with teenagers..
Flexible and a willing learner.
Willing to take initiative.
Education and/or Experience
Strong accounting/business background and/or education required.
Non-profit experience a plus.
