The Association of Independent Schools in New England (AISNE) is a membership organization for non-profit, independent schools across New England, with affiliated schools across the country and world. Manager, Program and Communications

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver key resources in support of AISNE’s programming, events, marketing, communications, and accreditation efforts, which may include:
    • Event agendas, materials, name badges, registration changes / updates and refunds
    • Event emails: marketing, logistics and feedback surveys
    • Speaker liaison support
    • Membership communications: welcomes, renewals
    • Membership resources: member directory (print and online), listservs
    • Accreditation communications: team training materials, visiting team materials and surveys, accreditation marketing materials and certificates
  • Maintain and update AISNE’s database (FileMaker Pro) and website (Finalsite)
  • Serve as a first point of contact for customer questions and inquiries
  • Collaborate across our team to create efficiencies and deepening member engagement

  • Likes to collaborate, enjoys a challenge and celebrates success

Experience

  • 4-year college degree
  • Non-profit experience preferred
  • Marketing, communications and events experience preferred
  • Excellent writing skills, strong technology skills, keen attention to detail

Requirements

  • This is a full-time, office-based position.
  • Regional travel required, including some overnight and weekend work.
