JOB POSTING: RAISER’S EDGE PROJECT MANAGER (Temporary, Family Leave Coverage)
Dana Hall School seeks candidates for the position of Raiser’s Edge Project Manager.
The individual in this position will be accountable for:
- Performing the annual “turn over” of the Raiser’s Edge database, changing of constituent codes, etc. from current to past for the Class of 2021 and their families.
- Working closely with the Student Information Services Database Manager, importing newly-enrolled students and parents to Raiser’s Edge from Dana Hall’s CORE/Education Management database.
- Working closely with the Assistant Director of Communications, exporting and formatting donor lists from Raiser’s Edge for the creation of the 2020-2021 Annual Report.
- Other projects as assigned and if time allows.
Candidates must have: proficiency in Raiser’s Edge database view (Blackbaud Certified Raiser’s Edge Professional 2021 preferred) and Microsoft Office and knowledge of Google Apps.
Successful candidates will possess: excellent problem-solving, technology, and customer service skills; superior time-management skills with an ability to manage many tasks and projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality work products; excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and an ability to create effective action plans to meet goals; effective communication skills, both orally and in writing; an ability to communicate complex issues, as well as to maintain open communication channels with relevant stakeholders.
This is a contract (temporary) remote position reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer. The position will run from June-August 2021 with some training in May, if possible. The position will have a total of 80-100 hours at $35-40/hour, commensurate with experience.
