The White Mountain School, an independent, all-gender boarding and day school of 136 students grades 9 through 12 located in Bethlehem, New Hampshire seeks a Director of College Counseling.

The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to build upon a college counseling office that focuses on fit, while also tackling big ideas, such as redefining success and the future of education. Removed from the intensity of competition that exists in most metro areas, White Mountain students are living up to the school’s mission of inquiry and engagement. They are comfortable with the idea that there is not one restricted path to a handful of schools. Students will benefit from someone who can offer guidance and wisdom on the whole range of opportunities that are available to young people. Recent graduates have matriculated to some of the most highly selective colleges and universities, and they also have gone to large state universities and embarked on Gap Years
