In this session, we will explore the knowledge and skills that help white faculty, staff, administrators and trustees who see yourselves as committed to racial equity walk your racial equity talk.
We will name common racial equity detours among white people and the basic commitments you need to engage in deep and transformative ways.
This session will include opportunities for discussion, reflection and Q&A.
This program will include takeaway resources and a recording.
Virtual Format Rates:
- Member Schools: $39 per person, or $29 per person for 3+ participants*
- Non-Member Schools: $59 per person, or $49 per person for 3+ participants*

About Our Facilitator
Paul is the founder of the Equity Literacy Institute and EdChange. He has more than 20 years of experience helping educators, nonprofit workers, and others strengthen their equity efforts. He has worked with educators in 48 states and a dozen countries. Paul has published more than 70 articles and has written, co-written, or co-edited twelve books on various aspects of educational equity.
