Town Academy Financial Modeling Beyond the Pandemic

Tuesday, April 13, 2021
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. EST

Prior to the pandemic, Town Academy leaders faced significant budgetary challenges, from state tuition funding to enrollment pressures and upkeep of aging infrastructures. In many ways, COVID-19 accelerated the pace of change and quickened innovation in our schools, and the need to think flexibly in developing a sustainable financial model is more critical than ever.

Presenters from BerryDunn will demonstrate examples of innovative financial modeling for town academies, and will help participants think through how they might approach their own financial scenarios and five year forecasts.

Together, participants will collaborate to identify forces that could shape their financial sustainability then generate ideas to develop or enhance their financial model.
