Lawrence Alexander has served as Director of College Counseling and Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in independent schools. He recently joined Carney Sandoe & Associates as Director of Equity & Inclusion. In this role, Lawrence leads implicit bias trainings for admissions offices. He's advised Brown University, Texas Christian University, Boston University, Clark University, Connecticut College and Southern New Hampshire University, among others.
