Returning by popular demand, AISNE's Beginning Administrators' Workshop is geared towards administrators (including new department chairs) in their first five years of practice (0-5 years).
This full-day workshop will help people identify the skills, values, attitudes and behaviors that matter most in independent school administration, offer guidance and resources to help beginning practitioners develop essential skills and provide a safe environment for anyone in the early years of grappling with many of the issues common to this work today.
